Former British champion turned film stunt driver Mark Higgins is planning to return to rally action on next weekend’s Topaz Donegal International. A deal is being put together which will see the Wales-based Manxman driving a WRC Mini owned by Derek McGarrity on round four of the Irish Tarmac championship.
