Donegal Good Food Taverns

Donegal Good Food Taverns welcome you to the beautiful County Donegal. We are a group of iconic restaurant-bars dotted throughout Donegal, each with our own wonderful history, style, traditions, charm and picturesque surroundings. Collectively, we aim to bring you a genuine taste of Donegal by sourcing the very best fresh, local ingredients and serving them with lashings of pride.

We wish to bring you a taste of everything our county can offer, from the famous Tirconnell whiskey and McDaid’s beverages, to our local seafood, meat and homegrown vegetables. Each bar will offer an array of mouth watering dishes including traditional stews and fresh local oysters. By following the trail of Donegal Good Food Taverns, you will also find an itinerary of traditional Irish music, seven evenings a week at different points throughout the trail.

In each of the bars, our staff will be more than happy to direct you to an array of local attractions, whether it’s rest or rejuvenation you seek. After a day taking in the sights and seeing what our diverse and beautiful county has to offer, come along and join us in one of our Taverns where we will satisfy your appetite for good food, good company and good music.
